Refund Policy

Each event's published cancellation and refund terms apply to its booking. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, participants will be offered the refund or transfer options stated for that event. Ending a conversation, declining a match or using the stop signal never causes a ticket penalty. Ticket reservations remain pending until the organizer verifies the incoming transfer; screenshots or payment notes alone are not proof of payment. Contact the organizer for refund requests.
