We collect information needed to operate events, verify eligibility, manage bookings and make preference-aware pairings. Questionnaire answers are used for event operations and matching. Photos are optional and private by default. We do not record conversations, use facial recognition, or infer sensitive traits. UTR and contact details are visible only to authorized payment reviewers and staff who need them for event operations. We do not disclose rejections or share contact details without mutual opt-in.
Data retention
Organizer identity, contact details, retention schedules and data-rights processes must be configured before launch. Do not upload identity documents or private photos through this starter.
